Respect & Community Behavior

• Treat all members, staff, and guests with kindness, patience, and respect.

• Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or aggressive behavior — physical or verbal — is not tolerated.

• No cursing, yelling, or disrespectful language within the space.

• Bandwagoning, gossip, or collective negativity have no place here. We grow through encouragement, not division.

• Support others’ peace. Not everyone is here to socialize — many come to work quietly, reflect, or recharge. Be mindful of noise levels and personal space.

• Respect privacy. Some members prefer quiet presence over conversation, and that choice should always be honored.

Staff Presence

Our staff is here to support the environment and maintain the space — not to serve. They may check in periodically to ensure things are running smoothly but will largely remain unobtrusive so the community feels natural, self-led, and comfortable.

Using the Space

• Food, drinks, and music are welcome, provided they’re enjoyed considerately.

• Follow our “leave it better than you found it” approach.

• Be aware of which areas are designated for quiet work versus socializing or events.

• Personal belongings are your responsibility; Saier is not liable for lost or damaged items.

Events & Guest Etiquette

• RSVPs help us prepare — please honor your reservation or cancel with notice.

• Guests are welcome according to your membership tier; members are responsible for guest conduct.

• Arrive on time and dress comfortably and respectfully for all gatherings and events.

Confidentiality & Community Care

• Respect others’ stories, time, and boundaries.

• No unsolicited pitching, recruiting, or selling to fellow members.

• Protect the trust of the community — what’s shared within Saier stays within Saier.

Membership Policies

Membership Tiers

• Entry Membership – Limited lounge access and select events.

• Standard Membership – Full access to the space, community gatherings, and workshops.

• Premium Membership – Priority bookings, guest passes, and elevated experiences.

Payment & Billing

Memberships are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Payment is due on your renewal date each month.

Cancellations & Renewals

Members may cancel by providing written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Memberships renew automatically unless canceled in advance.

Refunds

Because memberships reserve ongoing access to the space and events, refunds are not available for unused time or late cancellations.

Access, Suspension & Termination

• Access is provided via digital key or membership card, with hours varying by membership tier.

• Saier – The Social Club (Gwinnett) reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for nonpayment, repeated policy violations, or conduct that disrupts the safety or spirit of the community.

Legal & Compliance Notices

• Liability: Members and guests use the space and amenities at their own risk. Saier is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to personal property.

• Photography & Recording: Privacy is a priority. Recording, photographing, or filming others without clear permission is prohibited. Permission may be withdrawn at any time and must be respected.

• Compliance: All members agree to comply with local laws and Saier’s internal safety policies, including those related to alcohol service, occupancy, and event operations.
