Guidelines
A Shared Code of Care
These guidelines aren’t rules for the sake of rules — they are a shared code of care. They exist to protect the environment Saier is building and to ensure it remains thoughtful, calm and welcoming wherever and however we gather.
These guidelines apply across all Saier experiences, including letters, digital spaces, events, and in-person gatherings.
Respect & Presence
Treat all members, hosts, facilitators and guests with kindness, patience and respect.
Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind — verbal or physical is not permitted.
Aggressive behavior, yelling, or disruptive language does not align with the Saier environment.
Gossip, bandwagoning, or collective negativity have no place here — growth is rooted in encouragement, not division.
Honor shared peace. Not everyone comes to socialize; many come to reflect, create quietly, or recharge. Be mindful of noise and personal space.
Staff, Hosts & Facilitation
Saier may include staff, hosts, or facilitators during workshops, events, or guided moments. These roles exist to support the environment — not to manage or direct daily interactions.
Outside of facilitated events, Saier is designed to feel natural, self-led, and unforced.
Events & Participation
RSVPs help us prepare — please honor your spot or cancel in advance when possible.
Guests may attend according to specific event guidelines or membership offerings; hosts are responsible for guest conduct.
Some workshops or events may include preferred dress guidelines to reflect the theme or intention.
Dress & Expression
Dress comfortably and respectfully — expression is encouraged, thoughtfulness is expected.
For in-person gatherings, members are asked to be mindful that Saier is a shared environment. Any event-specific dress guidance will be communicated in advance.
Trust, Privacy & Care
Saier is built to be a place of presence, intention, and respect.
Live streaming is not permitted during gatherings or in shared spaces.
Photos or videos of others may not be taken without clear, informed consent.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time and must be respected immediately.
Member names, personal details, or identifying information should not be shared publicly.
Members are welcome to share their personal experience with Saier, provided it does not include or identify others without permission.
In limited situations — such as quieter moments or designated areas — content sharing may be allowed with prior approval. The priority is always the comfort, safety, and privacy of the community.
Using Shared Spaces (In-Person)
Food, drinks, and music may be welcomed depending on the setting — please be considerate of others.
Follow a “leave it better than you found it” mindset.
Be aware of which areas are intended for quiet focus versus conversation or events.
Respect personal boundaries — presence does not require participation.
Confidentiality & Community Care
Respect the privacy, stories, and time of others.
No unsolicited pitching, recruiting, or selling to members.
What is shared within Saier is not meant to be shared outside of it.
Care & Accountability
Saier exists to be a safe, thoughtful, and respectful environment for all.
Failure to honor these guidelines may result in a conversation, temporary pause, or termination of membership, depending on the nature of the violation. Decisions are made with care and discernment, always with the well-being of the community in mind.
Final Note
When in doubt, ask yourself:
Does this support the calm, care, and intention of Saier?
If the answer is yes — you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
