Saier’s policies are not meant to restrict participation, but to ensure that everything shared under the Saier name remains thoughtful, respectful and aligned with its values.

Privacy Policy

Saier collects your name, email address, and physical mailing address solely to process your subscription and deliver your monthly USPS letters. We value your privacy and will never sell, lease, trade, or distribute your personal information to any third parties.

Communication & Updates

Saier communicates primarily through newsletters and official digital channels. These updates may include announcements, invitations, offerings, changes, or opportunities to participate.

By choosing to stay connected, members and subscribers acknowledge that Saier is evolving and that offerings may shift as the vision continues to unfold.

Offerings & Availability

Saier offerings — including letters, experiences, or goods — may be released in limited quantities or on a flexible schedule. Availability, timing, and format may change as Saier grows.
Participation in any Saier offering does not guarantee access to future offerings unless explicitly stated.

Payments & Subscriptions

Any paid offerings will have clear terms outlined at the time of purchase. Many offerings are produced intentionally and in limited form, certain items or experiences may be non-refundable.

Specific details will always be communicated in advance to ensure clarity before participation.

All subscription payments are processed automatically on a recurring billing cycle. Saier’s Mail Club moves in 3-month seasons, followed by a short intermission before the next season begins.

Because our digital content and physical mail offerings are immediate and created in a limited, seasonal form, all Mail Club Subscription sales are final and non-refundable.

During a seasonal intermission, you will continue to have access to the member space and can choose whether you’d like to join us for the upcoming season. If you choose not to renew, your member access will end before the new season begins.

All membership fees are processed securely on an automatic billing cycle. The Mail Club subscription is structured as one payment per month for a total duration of three consecutive months. Alternatively, members have the option to pay the full balance for the entire 3-month season upfront at checkout.

If you choose the monthly payment route, your plan will naturally expire and future billing will stop automatically after your third payment. You can review your subscription status and billing cycles at any time through your member dashboard.

Shipping & Delivery

Mail Club physical letters are dispatched monthly via standard USPS First-Class mail. To keep subscription costs accessible, no tracking numbers are generated or provided for these mailings.

Monthly letters do not have a set arrival date. Mailing and delivery dates may vary depending on seasonal fulfillment and postal delivery times.

Members are entirely responsible for keeping their physical shipping address updated in their account dashboard prior to the monthly mailing cycle. We are not responsible for mail sent to an outdated or incorrect address. If your mail does not arrive within 10 business days of our monthly dispatch notice, please contact us.

Member Submissions & Gallery Collection

The Archive is ongoing. New work is added over time than cleared between seasons. If you chose to share a creation in the archive, it may remain a part of Saier’s collection even if you do not renew for a future season.

Privacy & Respect

Saier values privacy and thoughtful engagement. Personal information is never shared intentionally, and communication is handled with care.

Members are encouraged to engage respectfully and honor boundaries across all Saier spaces, including digital and in-person experiences.

Changes & Growth

Saier is built to grow slowly and intentionally. Policies, offerings, and experiences may evolve over time to reflect alignment, learning, and community needs.

Any significant changes will be communicated clearly through official channels.
